Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@restfulhideout.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
