REFUND POLICY
Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need proof of purchase.
Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at support@restfulhideout.com We'll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Return Shipping Because our products ship from various supplier locations (including international), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
International Returns Many of our products ship from international locations. Return shipping to international addresses may be costly. We recommend contacting us before returning international orders to discuss options.
Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at support@restfulhideout.com if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
EU Cooling Off Period EU residents have a 14-day right to cancel or return orders for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds process automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if more than 15 business days pass after approval.
