Shipping policy

Our Fulfillment Model: Restful Hideout works with supplier partners. Products purchased through our checkout may be shipped directly by the supplier. Fulfillment arrangements vary by product.

Processing Time Orders: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Address: 

  • United States standard shipping: 7–21 business days
  • United States US-warehouse items: 3–7 business days

Delays
Shipping may occasionally be delayed by high demand or carrier delays. We’ll communicate known delays.
